Poem (age 14)

she was an angel with broken wings
searching for someone to help her heal
he was just another face in the crowd
never believing angels were real
but this angel touched his heart
like no one ever could
he loved that dying angel
like she thought no one ever would
he said that she was beautiful
something no ones said before
and the only thing that kept him believing
was the smile that she wore
but that angel pushed him away
and it tore his heart apart
sadly that angel died
when he died of a broken heart
